How to Access
For uploading and downloading files larger than 5MB you will need to have a direct FTP connection. To directly access the server you must use FTP software. CoffeeCup is a free application for Windows. It is available for download at www.download.com.

Server Address
ftp://client.creativeindustries.com

Username & Password
The username for the client files FTP is "client" in all lowercase letters. The password is the same for all users accessing under username "client."

Remove Old Files
Files located on the FTP server count against your available disk-space for the entire site. Remember to delete files once they have been downloaded.
